Command functions include alarm reset, alarm acknowledge, alarm test and radio silence. In normal operation the control panel provides real time display of gas concentrations or the status of other field devices; battery charge levels, network RF signal quality and any number of fault diagnostic conditions affecting either an individual field device or the entire network. These fault conditions are displayed on the control screen.Options include audio alarm, visual alarm, external alarm port, alarm reset switch and up to 4 external wired sensor inputs. Standard features include a power-in port and power switch.The control panel is rated for Class 1, Division 2; Groups A, B, C, D hazardous areas. Operator interface is non-intrusive via magnetic contact switches located behind the glass lens cover. This advanced design takes advantage of a low power LCD with back light and ultra low power components. Power is provided by an internal rechargeable battery and/or 11.5 to 30VDC. Operating time is 1-2 months before recharge is required. An optional solar charging panel can be used to extend operating time for virtually any application.

AIM’s ARINC825 cards can work either with full functionality as an active CAN node for testing and simulating or in listening only mode for monitoring and recording purposes of Avionic CAN bus (ARINC825) applications on up to 4 electrically isolated CAN bus nodes concurrently. All nodes are in conformance with the ISO11898-1/-2 standard. They are accessible by software separately and can be used as 4 independent CAN bus nodes. An onboard IRIG-B time decoder allows users to accurately synchronize single or multiple modules to a common time source. All supported signals are available through front I/O and rear I/O interface. ARINC825 cards consist of FPGA based CAN interface controllers as well as a FPGA based 32-bit microcontroller core and a separate processor for IRIG-B synchronization with high resolution time stamping. All nodes are operating concurrently at CAN bus high speed bit rate of up to 1Mbit/s with the intelligence to process scheduling of CAN frames in real time onboard to significantly off-load the host processor.For embedded applications the AMC825-4 PMC module is available in a conduction cooled version. Using AIM’s family of PCI, CPCI (3U and 6U) and VMEbus carrier cards for PMC our clients have off the shelf solutions in a broad range of card formats. All models are capable of bi-directional displacement in both axes and may be used for strain-controlled fatigue testing under fully reversed load and strain conditions at frequencies up to 10 Hz.All 7651 models mount rigidly on the load frame and incorporate slide mounting to bring the extensometer into contact with the specimen. The gauge length is set automatically before mounting on the test specimen, which allows for hot mounting after thermal equilibrium has been reached.These units are specifically designed to eliminate crosstalk between axes and to provide high accuracy, high resolution measurements. They incorporate capacitive sensors for low operating force and include electronics with programmable filtering and multi-point linearization for improved performance and accuracy. A paper moisture meter measures the humidity of paper and paper products. Use of a paper moisture meter can prevent costly damages resulting from paper expansion or shrinking. A paper moisture meter determines paper moisture content based on either absolute humidity or relative humidity. Absolute humidity does not take into consideration temperature, while relative humidity relies on temperature and is expressed as a percentage of the total amount of moisture possible at the current temperature. Thus, many paper moisture meter devices feature automatic temperature compensation (ATC).For paper producers, paper manufacturers, paper mills and others in the pulp and paper industry, moisture and humidity control is essential, especially during the production process, as excessive moisture can lead to warming of the paper rolls. A paper moisture meter can be used to detect moisture streaks during the paper production process as well as to identify optimal drying times.Regardless of whether paper is stored in paper rolls in paper converting plants or stacked in sheets and paper bales in commercial printing warehouses, the porous surface of paper gradually takes in moisture relative to the humidity of the surrounding environment. This moisture can be problematic, as too much moisture can cause curling, buckling or the formation of waves in otherwise flat paper products. Moisture also can prevent inks, dyes, paints and coatings from covering and saturating paper properly during printing and processing.PCE Instruments (PCE) offers digital handheld moisture meter devices for measuring the moisture content of paper and paper products such as cardboard, paperboard, corrugated boxes, craft paper, wrapping paper, brown packaging paper, butcher paper, recycled paper, coated paper and more. Different paper moisture meter models utilize different paper moisture measuring techniques, performing moisture content tests of paper products via either destructive or nondestructive methods.
